In 1996, Tom Gross started TLC — Tom’s Lawn Care on Monkey Island. What began as a local lawn care business grew over the next 24 years into one of the most trusted property maintenance companies on the island. Tom served homeowners, neighborhoods, and properties all across Monkey Island, building lasting relationships through reliable work and honest service.

In 2020, Tom sold the business to his son, Larry Gross. Larry continued serving Tom’s customers while expanding the company’s equipment, crews, and services. 

Today, the company operates as G&S Property Management Services LLC, providing complete turnkey property maintenance throughout Monkey Island, Grand Lake, and Northeast Oklahoma.
